FR-4 Epoxy Glass Fabric Laminated Sheet


(FR-4)Epoxy glass fabric laminated sheet is composed of alkali-free E-glass fabric impregnated with epoxy resins binder by processing under heat and pressure. It has high mechanical strength, good electric strength properties and dielectric loss properties under both dry and humid conditions. FR-4 also has low water absorption rates.

Application:

Application in frame type circuit breaker: safety baffle, safety shield, spacer, interphase spacer, etc..

Applications in molded circuit breakers: interphase baffles, jump plates etc..

In motor motor applications: motor armature parts, movable cover plate, slot wedge, fixed cushion, thin gasket, carbon brush holder, etc..

In the middle and high voltage switchgear applications: the front end, back end, upper end, bottom bulkhead, interphase barrier, switch and transformer structural support, bus bar, plywood and so on.

Application of distribution cabinet: partition board, lining board, wiring board, interphase insulating board, bottom end partition board and contact support component.
