Silicone Glass Fabric Laminated Sheet

Silicone Glass Fabric Laminated Sheets are advanced composite materials made from woven glass fiber impregnated with silicone resin. This combination results in a sheet with excellent thermal resistance, electrical insulation, and mechanical strength.

Advantages:

l  High Temperature Resistance:

Maintains stability and performance in extreme temperatures

l  Electrical Insulation:

Provides superior electrical insulation, making it ideal for electrical and electronic applications.

l  Chemical Resistance:

Resists degradation from chemicals and solvents.

F894/G7 has high mechanical strength, good performance against electric arc and tracking, good dielectric properties and heat resistance. Long-term operating temperature more than 180°C.

Application:

l  Electrical Insulation:

Used in generators, transformers, and other electrical equipment, these sheets provide insulation from electrical hazards.

l  Aerospace and Automotive:

Components within these industries benefit from the material's thermal stability and chemical resistance, including gaskets and seals in engines.

l  Industrial Applications:

Used in conveyor belts, protective covers, and insulation wraps in various manufacturing processes that require heat resistance and mechanical strength.

F894/G7 can be used as wedge slot block for class H motor, insulation structural part in electronic application, and structural part against electric arc at elevated temperatures.
