UPGM (Unsaturated Polyester Glass Mat) is rigid insulation material made by alkali-free glass mat impregnated in unsaturated polyester resin and additives, cured by heat and pressure. Materials exhibits excellent electrical and mechanical properties, widely used in railway industry, photovoltaic industry, wind power, power transmission and distribution,metallurgy, mining, petrochemical industry, public transportation, etc.
Feature:
UPGM-201:
Stable electrical performance in high humidity, good mechanical performance at moderate temperatures, for mechanical and electrical applications.
UPGM-202:
Good mechanical and electrical properties, good mechanical performance at moderate temperatures, good flame and fire resistance.
UPGM-203:
Similar to UPGM-202 but with improved arc and tracking resistance, for mechanical and electrical applications, meet UL 94 V-0 and EN45545 standard.
UPGM-204:
Superior to UPGM-203 with higher mechanical strength and heat resistance, designed for operating under harsh conditions.
UPGM-205:
Thermal class H, TI 188°C certificated by CEMT. Well suited for mechanical and electrical applications, excellent mechanical and electrical strength at room temperatures,excellent heat resistance, good performance against arc and tracking, toxic-free,flame resistant, low smoke, meet EN45545 standard
